C. WHO SHOULD ATTEND
- We aim having around 1.500 overseas and local participations, with various backgrounds, professions and expertises in the filed of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, including senior goverment official, legislators, scientists, researchers, educators and academic including graduate and advanced students, senior business excecutives, developers and professionals, bankers and fund managers, NGO’s and other clean and low cabon technology and other advocates for Renewable Energy development and applications.

- We also encourage university and graduated students to participate in this Conference. They could get first hands information from experts and professionals on the increasingly important issues discussed in the Conference. The Event also provided excellent opportunity for students to build up a network for their future career.

D. CALL FOR PAPERS
- We invite authors, researchers, learners and practitioners to contribute original papers on all aspects of Clean and Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and other related issues for presentation at the Conference.
